MOLEX POWERCAT 6A SHIELDED DIN49075 MODULE

The PowerCat 6A shielded DIN module is designed for compatibility with the 50 x 50mm DIN 49075 standard.

The angled design reduces patch cord bend radius and features a protected labelling facility. Individual ports

may be colour coded using a connector icon label, for site-speciﬁ c network administration.

The PowerCat 6A side entry DIN module is designed speciﬁ cally for shallow backbox and trunking applications.

The module features the unique side entry DataGate shielded connector. This shielded connector offers superior

alien crosstalk suppression, excellent insertion loss, and provides enhanced electromagnetic interference (EMI)

protection by utilising robust die-cast zinc alloy connector body housing. This shielded connector also features

a unique spring loaded shutter that not only protects it from dust and contaminates, but also ejects improperly

seated patch cords thanks to its ingenious spring loaded design. The shielded connector is dual colour coded for

either 568A or 568B wiring schedules.

that not only protects the connector from dust and contaminants, but also ejects improperly seated patch cords

or 568B wiring schedules and is RJ-11 compatible.

The DIN Module has been designed for compatability with the 50 x 50mm DIN 49075 standard. The module

will support all currently ratiﬁ ed applications including gigabit Ethernet. The product is a fully assembled unit,

complete with 2 PowerCat RJLP RJ-45 connectors protected by spring loaded shutters. Suitable for high speed

data transmission, the PowerCat RJLP RJ-45 connector was designed to meet the requirements of the Category

5E standard which demands compliance with the Power Sum principle of measurement and test.

modules or a single module and a blank may be installed in this format. The product is a fully assembled unit

featuring the shuttered DataGate PlusTM connector. The angled design reduces patch cord bend radius and

features a protected labelling feature. Individual ports may be colour coded using a connector icon, for site-

speciﬁ c network administration. The 22.5 x 45mm module features the DataGate Plus Category 6 connector.

This superior RJ45 IDC includes a unique integral shutter that not only protects the connector from dust and

contaminants, but the ingenious spring-loaded design also ejects improperly seated patch cords. The DataGate
